We are not the shipping company, We work many different shipping companies around the world.

If from some reason your order lost or damaged by the shipping company we will make sure you will get a new order free of charge.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEM?

- All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.

- 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 2-5 days of payment.

- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

How long does delivery take?

Please allow 12 - 20 business days for your order to arrive. We know it takes some patience, but it is worth it (orders outside the US may take up to 27 business days). We work with different artists and manufacturers worldwide, this is the reason for sometimes long shipments.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact us.

If your order hasn't arrived within 32 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Although our fulfillment house is located in America, some of our

specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia,

Germany, United Kingdom, and China.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be

sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation email... what's going on?

First, breath :) than please check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If not, please contact us and we will provide it to you.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, you are allowed to do so only before your item

has been shipped. Once we have sent out your shipping confirmation email, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.

What's your refund/exchange policy?

If there’s something wrong with your order ( wrong shirt, defective product, etc.), return it to us unworn and unwashed within 60 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to issue a refund or replacement.
